What Will It Cost?
The 6:19 Trust has two sources of funding from which our living costs and the costs of the ministry must be met – a number of individuals who share the vision and partner with us financially, by sponsoring on a monthly basis; and donations received from churches at which I speak. I am not paid as a church staff member and I do not receive a stipend or any income from the diocese.
It has always been our policy, however, not to make a fixed charge for my time, but instead to ask for travelling expenses to be reimbursed, and a donation to be made to The 6:19 Trust as each individual church is able. At the heart of 6:19 is the vision to encourage and equip every church, regardless of size or resources, and I would always rather speak at an event than allow cost to be a barrier.
Travelling expenses are charged at the standard rate of 40p per mile, or standard class rail fare.
